Delhi wakes up to cold morning
According to the weather and MeT department, visibility noticed at 5:50 am was 1500 meters and it rose to 2000 meters at 8:30 am. On Saturday early morning Delhiites woke up at 8.6 degrees Celsius. The skies remained clear throughout the day and the maximum temperature is expected to approx 26-degree Celsius.
Because of cold temperature, the land is allowed to radiate the heat at night and the temperature is building up during the day.
The least temperature was recorded at 26.5 degree Celsius.
On Friday, 24 November, the least temperature falls fast up to 7.6 degrees Celsius which was the least temperature recorded in the month of November in the last 11 years. 26.5 is the last recorded temperature. Because of cold morning temperature and fog in several parts of the northern India, approx 23 trains were delayed, Delhi-Alipurduar Mahananda Express is canceled and two rescheduled.
